Barbara M Austin

Barbara M. Austin was born March 18, 1946 in Bellevue, NE to Gerald and Alice (Beckstead) West and passed away in Plattsmouth, NE on Jan. 22, 2018.  She grew up in Bellevue, NE.

She married Harold (Joe) Austin, Jr on June 17, 1962 in Plattsmouth, NE.  She was a waitress and enjoyed seeing her usual customers.  She also loved sewing, quilting and the love of her yorkies.

Barb is survived by her children:  Rikki (Rich) Breuer of Burlington, IA, Barbie (Kevin) Wagner of Plattsmouth, NE and Kelly (Chris) Austin-Porter also of Plattsmouth, NE.  Six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Alice and her loving husband Harold (Joe) Austin.

A Private family services will be held at a later date.
