Beverly A Mascher

Beverly Ann Mascher age 82 of Plattsmouth was born on August 21, 1933 in Salem, Indiana to Charles S. and Ruby M. (Heath) Phillips. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at CHI Midlands Hospital in Papillion, Nebraska. Beverly was raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was united in marriage on April 24, 1955 to Eugene V. Mascher in Hattiesburg and together they raised two children, Kelley and Diana. She enjoyed spending time in the garden, although her love was quilting which she dedicated much of her time. Beverly is survived by her children, Kelley E. Mascher of Seattle, WA, Diana ( Michael) McCully of Plattsmouth, NE. Grandchildren, Teresa (Kyle) Ross of Plattsmouth, NE, Sara Christensen of Omaha, NE, Great Grandson, Elijah Ross, Brother, Lowell Edward Phillips, Pascagoula, MS. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene and sister, Marilyn Sue Hornquist. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Dr. Allan Wooters Officiating. Visitation (NO VIEWING) will be Tuesday, June 28, 2016 with the family greeting friends from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 29th at Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska. Memorials may be directed to the Parkinson’s Association.
