Beverly J Sallach

Beverly J. Sallach, age 83 of Papillion, Nebraska passed away peacefully at the Mable Rose Estate on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.  She was born December 19, 1937 to Roy and Thelma (Clouse) Stairs in Edgar, NE.

She met Leland Sallach after he returned from Korea.  They had been pen pals during his time away, they were married two months after Leland returned home on  February 7, 1955 in Edgar together they raised two children Connie and Matt.

Beverly was a stay home wife and mother who belonged to the Extension club in Johnson County, was part of the local women’s group.  She liked being outside gardening, fishing, and looking for and collecting antiques.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Cotter of Murray, NE and son Matt (Theresa) Sallach of Murray, NE; brother, Bobby Shaw of Hastings, NE.; 4 grandchildren, Nick, Andy and Tim Sallach and Tarrah Cotter and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and husband, Leland.

Private Family Memorial Services will be held at Harvey Funeral Home.
