Corinne "Corky" Stolp, 77, of Plattsmouth, NE, peacefully passed away on March 7, 2024, at Brookstone Village in Omaha, Nebraska. She was born on May 10, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois, to Frank and Gertrude (Miller) Kielminski.

Growing up in the Chicago area, Corky graduated from West Leyden High School in North Lake, Illinois, in 1964. On May 20th, 1967, she married Gary Stolp, and together they were blessed with two children, Gregory and Carrie. After relocating to the Omaha area, the couple later parted ways. Corky dedicated over 30 years of her life to the travel industry, where she thrived as a travel agent and later 19 years as a ticket agent for Delta Airlines. Her career allowed her to indulge in her passion for exploring the world.

Corky was a woman deeply rooted in faith, which she exemplified in her daily life. She was an active member of the Women of Faith Ministry for 7 years, traveling extensively to spread the gospel to women across the country. Locally, she found fulfillment as a member of Living Water Church and devoted her time to volunteer work with organizations such as Under His Wings, The Open Door Mission, and Timberlake Outreach Center. Sharing the message of hope and love brought immense joy to Corky's life, and she touched many hearts through her generosity and compassion.

She is survived by her children, Gregory (Jennifer) Stolp of Omaha, NE and Carrie (Kirk) Gottschalk of Seward, NE, 8 grandchildren, Allayna Stolp, Payton (Emily) Stolp, Cohl (fiancée Julia Messineo) Gottschalk, Kenna Gottschalk, Raef Stolp, Carissa Gottschalk, Karnie Gottschalk and Brody Stolp, one great granddaughter, Eleanor Stolp and brother, Thom (Karen) Keel of Marietta, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Corky's Life will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Living Water Church in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Dr. Greg Crawford officiating.

The family suggests memorials in lieu of flowers to Living Water Church and/or Under His Wings both of Plattsmouth.
