D. Pauline Wilson

D. Pauline Wilson age 93 of Murray, Nebraska was born on July 22, 1921 in Weeping Water, Nebraska to Harry D. and Stella E. (Sea) Wilson. She passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at her residence in Nebraska City, Nebraska. She lived the majority of her life in Murray, Nebraska graduating from Plattsmouth High School in 1941. She worked for 10 years at the Hinky Dinky grocery store and then went to work as a teller for Murray State Bank until retiring after 43 years of service. In 2014, Pauline moved to a Villa in Nebraska City where she was able to continue to live independently, driving to local stores, playing bingo and feeding her birds. During her free time, she enjoyed gardening and tending to her yard and flowers. Caring for the neighborhood birds and squirrels was very important. She made sure that the birds and squirrels were fed three times a day, including grape jelly for the birds. She was a longtime member of the Blue Bird Club. She was preceded in death by her by parents Harry & Stella Wilson, sister Frances Wilson and brother Derryl Wilson. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. Harvey Funeral Home in Plattsmouth, NE with Rev Jeff McDonald officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Service at the Funeral Home.
