Diana L Ostrander

Diana  L. Ostrander age 67 of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was born June 21, 1949 in Hutchison, Kansas, to Robert and Joyce Arlene (Parcher) Touchstone.  She passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her home surrounded by family in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.  Diana was born in Kansas but the family moved to California when she was very young.  After high school, she attended and graduated from beauty school.  She worked as a hairstylist primarily at Di-Van’s in Plattsmouth that she co-owned with Vana Brown. Diana was united in marriage on November 24, 1967 in Brock, Nebraska, to John C. “Spark” Ostrander.  They made their home in Plattsmouth and raised three children, Dena, Johnna and John.  She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing cards and bargain shopping.  Diana is survived by her Children: Dena (Scott) Cauffman of Houston, TX; Johnna (Matt) Graff of Lincoln, NE;  John (Allison) Ostrander of Plattsmouth, NE; Grandchildren:  Lacie, Maggie & Allie Cauffman, Isaac & Charlie Graff, John , Kenzie & Blake Ostrander,   Sister & Brothers:  Rodney (Rosie) Touchstone of Huson, MT, Robert (Bobie) Touchstone of Plattsmouth, NE, Steve (Renee’) Touchstone of Phoenix, AZ, Cindy (Russ) Wiles of Nuevo, CA, Daniel (Kim) Felix of Louisville, KY, Sister-in-law:  Vicki Ostrander of Omaha, NE.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her  Parents Robert & Arlene Touchstone, Step-father, Louis Felix, husband, John “Spark” Ostrander.   Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Plattsmouth with Rev.
