Don P Baker

Don P. Baker age 88 of Plattsmouth, Nebraska was born on April 11, 1932 in Rock Bluffs, Nebraska to Cleo and Thelma (Hutchinson) Baker.  He passed away peacefully on April 11, 2020 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

Don was raised and graduated from Plattsmouth High School in 1949.  After graduation, Don attended Peru State College where he obtained a degree in Education.  Following his graduation from college, he entered the United States Army serving during the Korean War from 1953 until 1955.

Don continued his service to his country working as a Teacher for the Department of Defense.  He spent the majority of his years teaching English on a military base in Japan.  Don enjoyed reading, history, collecting antiques and researching genealogy.

A private family service will be held at a later date with burial in Rock Bluffs Cemetery.
