Evelyn Hoback

Evelyn Hoback was born July 13, 1920 in Crofton, NE to Riley and Mary Jane (Morris) Eaton. She passed away December 28, 2011 at Hospice House in Omaha, NE. She had lived in Plattsmouth most of her life. She was married to Marvin F. Hoback on August 28, 1938 at Rockport, MO. They were the parents of 2 sons Dewayne and Keith. Evelyn is survived by her Grandchildren: John Hoback of Bellevue, NE and Jolene Valentino of Plattsmouth, NE and Great Grandchildren: Taylor Givler, Kaiya Givler, Alana Givler, Adrian Hoback, Kameron Valentino and Jasmine Valentino. She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, sons; Sisters: Dorothy, Beulah and Pearl; brothers: Johnny and Louis. After marriage Evelyn spent her time caring for her family and home. Her free time was spent painting, gardening, cooking and with family. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Brian P. Harvey Funeral Chapel with Dr. Allan Wooters officiating Burial will be in the East Union Cemetery, rural Union, NE. The family suggests memorials to their choice. Visitation will be Monday, January 2, 2012 from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6 P.M. thru 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
