DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER...FUNERAL SERVICES FOR GEORGIA ENDELICATO HAVE BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 2:00 PM ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017 AT FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. In loving memory of Georgia J. Endelicato, born June 30, 1925, in Minden, Iowa. She entered into rest at age 91, in her home in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, on January 10, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Krutzfeldt and Ann Krueger Krutzfeldt; sisters, Patricia Krutzfeldt and twin, Gloria Cowles; and husband, Marion Endelicato. After graduating from Minden High School, Georgia and her sisters moved to Omaha, Nebraska. Georgia took her first job at Union Pacific Railroad where she met and later married Marion Endelicato. The two were united in marriage on May 22, 1946, and thereafter, started their family. The couple moved their family to Plattsmouth, Nebraska in 1963, where Marion designed, owned, and operated Nordic themed restaurant, Winterset Inn. In addition to assisting Marion in the restaurant business, Georgia also enjoyed a lengthy career at the Plattsmouth State Bank. Marion and Georgia celebrated sixty-four years of marriage together. Georgia is survived by her children, Pamela Dortmundt of Winterville, Georgia; Mark and Shirley Endelicato of Council Bluffs, Iowa; James and Kristi Endelicato of Greeley, Colorado; Timothy and Geraldine Endelicato of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; and Constance Endelicato of Los Angeles, California. Georgia's greatest pleasures were her family, friends, music, playing all card games, especially bridge, golf, and sports. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church located at 701 Chicago Avenue, Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048. Reverend Portia Iverson to officiate, with Carol Wehrbein as organist and Terry Little, as vocalist. Visitation will be held at Brian P. Harvey Funeral Home located at 306 N 7th St. Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048, on Sunday, January 15, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
