Hamiyyet Sampson

Hamiyyet Sampson, age 58 of Plattsmouth, NE passed away February 16, 2013. She was born May 9, 1954 in Izmir, Turkey to Hasan and Huriye Unlu. She was married to Richard Sampson on May 5, 1982 in Las Vegas, NV. Together they had 2 daughters Michelle and Richelle Sampson. She is survived by her husband, Richard of Plattsmouth; daughters, Michelle and Richelle Sampson; brother-in-law – James & Pat Sampson of Plattsmouth and sister-in-law - Alma & Ron Seydlitz of Missouri. She was proceeded in death by her parents. Hamiyyet was employed as a dietary aide at the Bellevue Veterans Home. She was very dedicated to her work. In her spare time she loved to read and enjoyed gardening. Richard and Hamiyyet also enjoyed spending time together. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 2:00P.M. at Brian P. Harvey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: Tuesday, February 19, 2013 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with the family present. Burial will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery – Plattsmouth, NE . Memorials to the family for later designation.
