Hallgren, Karl Richard Sep 26, 1952 - Mar 31, 2012 Bellevue, NE. Born to Thomas and Geraldine (Slama) Hallgren. Passed away at age 59. Survived by mother, Geraldine Hallgren; sisters, Martyne Hallgren, and Michele Tiller, all of Bellevue; nieces and nephews, Tyler (Lara) Tiller and children, Benjamin and Nicholas; Danelle (Paul) Herr and children, Anjuli, Kenan and Faith; Jolene (Sean) Tolstedt; and Kyle Tiller. He loved to work with his hands as well as his mind. An omnivorous reader, from Louis L'Amour to Robert Heinlein to J.R.R. Tolkien; Sackett to Lonesome Dove to Stranger in a Strange Land.
