Leslie "Les" Darrel Nolte, 79, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, passed away on July 21, 2026 at his home in Plattsmouth. Born on September 21, 1946, in Alderson, West Virginia to Leslie Henry and Cora Lee (Haith) Nolte.

After graduating from Plattsmouth High School in 1964, Les served in the Army Reserves, exemplifying his commitment to his country. He built a fulfilling career as an electrician in Civil Service at Offutt Air Force Base, where he developed expertise in a variety of electrical systems and later oversaw contractors in his role.

Les found joy in coaching little league baseball and football for his son, Brian. He cherished special moments with his grandchildren, Marisa and Jordan, creating lasting memories that will forever hold a place in their hearts. In his later years, Les relished quieter times spent watching television and enjoying the company of family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Nolte of Plattsmouth; son Brian (Heather) Nolte of Missouri Valley, IA; granddaughter Marisa Nolte of Omaha, NE; and brothers Grant Nolte of LaVista, NE and Charles (Cindy) Nolte of Chamlin, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Les was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie & Cora Nolte, sister, Judy Nolte, and grandson Jordan Coakley.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
