Mildred L Grisinger

Mildred L. Grisinger age 93 of Plattsmouth was born on February 27, 1925 in LaPlatte, Nebraska to Charles R and Viola M. (Stander) Haecke.  She passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Plattsmouth Care and Rehabilitation Center.  Mildred grew up in the LaPlatte area and later graduated from Plattsmouth High School.  She worked during the war as an administrative assistant (Civil Service), she later spent many years raising her four children, Robert, Linda, Thomas and William.  She returned to the work place as a clerk for the Woolworth’s Department Store until retiring.  She enjoyed gardening, time with family and caring for her dogs.  She is survived by her son, Robert Grisinger of Plattsmouth, NE; daughter, Linda Lane of Bellevue, NE and several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons, Thomas John Grisinger and William Howard Grisinger III, brothers, Charles Haecke, Richard Haecke, Leonard Haecke and sister, Gladys Coward.  A private family graveside service will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery, Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
