Pamela D Shirley

Pamela Dale Shirley, age 70, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, passed away on May 1, 2024.  She was born on March 30, 1954, in Riverside, California, she was the daughter of Hugo and Vera (Gifford) Haase.

Pamela worked as a cashier at Casey's near Beaver Lake, where she formed lasting connections with many in the community. Pamela had a zest for life and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren. She loved playing keno, visiting the casino, and soaking up the company of her loved ones. Pamela will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Pamela was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Nick) Jones of Plattsmouth, and her son, Michael Fossler of Beatrice. Her grandchildren, Kelsy (Brent) Swigart, Hope (Riley) Utter, Taylor (fiancé RyAnne Carroll) Jones, and Nicholas Jones, Jr., were her pride and joy.  Pamela also cherished her great-grandchildren, Athyna, Xavier, and Phoenix.  She is also survived by her ex-husband, Phil Shirley of Plattsmouth.    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Mark Wickwire, and her brother Brian Gifford.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, May 20th, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Tiki Time Bar, 9661 Renee Ave, Plattsmouth, NE, to honor Pamela's memory.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
