Paula Ann Sorenson

Paula A. Sorenson age 51 of Omaha, Nebraska.  She was born September 16, 1965 in Nebraska City, Nebraska to Paul and Vana (Elshire) Brown.  She passed away on October 30, 2016 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, Nebraska.     Paula graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1983 and attended Business College.  She worked in the business field where she did computer programming and became a supervisor.  She was united in marriage to Michael D. Sorenson on September 9, 1995 in Omaha, Nebraska.  She enjoyed going to heavy metal concerts, Collecting Precious Moments, cooking, golfing and Shih Tzu dogs.  Having fun with her friends always was a joy for her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents Paul and Vana (Elshire) Brown and an aunt Lila Elshire.  Paula is survived by her husband Michael D. Sorenson of Omaha and Aunt Patty Pelzer of Arizona, Uncles Mark Pelzer of Omaha, David Pelzer of Las Vegas, NE and George Elshire of California.  Graveside services will be Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at 11:30 AM. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE.  There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.  Online condolences to www.bpharveyfuneralhome.com   Brian P.
