Penny S (Resso) Robertson-Mcguire

Penny Sue (Resso) Robertson-McGuire was born on May 1, 1963 in Omaha, Nebraska and passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015 surrounded by family at her home in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. She is survived by her two children, Jennifer Robertson of Plattsmouth, NE and Donald Robertson of Atlanta, GA, mother, Hilda Resso of Murray, NE, brother, Michael (Tammy) Resso of Syracuse, NE, niece, Amy Resso of Syracuse, NE, and ex-husband, Richard Robertson of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Resso and husband Michael McGuire. Penny graduated from Weeping Water High with the Class of 1981 and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She became a travel agent working for ABC Corporate Services. Penny was an active member of the Eastern Star where she was a Past Worthy Matron of Electa # 8 of Lincoln, NE and Elizabeth # 250 of Weeping Water, NE. She spent time caring for her cats and loved to watch true crime shows. Graveside Services will be held October 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery in Weeping Water, Ne.
