Robert "Bob" E. Peter

Robert E. “Bob” Peter was born on August 27, 1938 in Paw-Paw, Michigan to William and Alga (Hienke) Peter. He passed away on Monday February 28, 2011 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha, NE at the age of 72 years, 6 months and 1 day. Bob was a Salesman and had retired from Safeway Cab Company as a driver. He enjoyed many activities including working on cars and watching car races on television. His other interests were working with scrap metal, collecting trains and traveling. He is survived by his wife Sandra of Omaha, NE; Father and Mother-in-Laws: Jim and Betty Dietl of Plattsmouth, NE; Sister Lennis and husband Ron Kelly of Michigan. Also survived by Sister-in-laws, Brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents and sisters Mary, Patricia and Judy. Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Harvey Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Dr. Allan Wooters officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday March 3rd from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6 – 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
