Robert Fitkin, Sr.

Robert Joseph Fitkin Sr. died on June 30th 2010 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Millard NE. Robert Sr. a.k.a “Ironman” was born in Waterloo IA on January 10th 1930 and graduated from Effingham HS, Atchison KS in 1949. He is survived by his two twin brothers Dale and Delbert Fitkin, and his four children, David Fitkin, Philip Thompson, Elizabeth Fitkin, and Robert Fitkin Jr. Robert is remembered by his outstanding devotion to family and friends, service in the United States Marines, service with the Atchison KS Police Force, and retiring as a Power Plant Engineer in Omaha NE. Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 10 AM at the Harvey Funeral Home, 306 North 7th Street, Plattsmouth, NE 68048 Visitation will be Friday from 9-5 at the Funeral Home. (402) 234-4445
