Roger A. Mallett

Roger A. Mallett age 72 of Plattsmouth, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the Prestige Care Center in Plattsmouth.  He was born on December 12, 1949, at the Offutt Air Force Base Hospital in Bellevue, Nebraska to Theodore W. and Truth L. (Masters) Mallett.

Roger grew up in Bellevue and graduated from Bellevue High School in 1967.  He received a grant to attend Metropolitan Community College where he studied Auto Body Repair.  He went on to own and operate a car body repair shop called “Quality Restoration.”  Outside of work he enjoyed fishing for large catfish and hunting for pheasants.

He is survived by his children, William Mallett of Omaha, NE, Juliet Mallett of Omaha, NE, brother and sister-in-law, Craig & Anna Mallett of Murray, NE, stepsisters, Cynthia Waller of Sundance, WY, Patricia Ferguson of Phoenix City, AL, aunt, Ann Krone of Sioux City, IA,

He was preceded in death by his parents, half-sister, Dianna Kouder, aunts, and uncles.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 16, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Harvey Funeral Home in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Rev. William McConnell officiating.

Burial will be in the Dakota City Cemetery in Dakota City, Nebraska on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM
