Terrilyn J Clancy

CORRECTION - SERVICE TIME IS 11:00 AM Terrilyn J. Clancy was born November 17, 1944 in Omaha, NE to James M. and Maxine L. (Green) Elder. She passed away May 2, 2013 at her home in rural Plattsmouth, NE. On August 24, 1963 she was wed to Robert W. Clancy at the Base Chapel on Offutt Air Force Base – Bellevue, NE. To this union 2 children were born Robert Jr. and Crystal. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim Elder. Terrilyn is survived by her husband Robert (Bob) Clancy – Plattsmouth; Children: Bob & Laura Clancy, Jr., - LaVista, Crystal & Ron Cooney – Council Bluffs; Grandchildren: Keevan, Kylie Clancy – LaVista, Jason & Amelia Cooney, Kasyn Parsons – Council Bluffs; Sister-in-law: Dee Elder – Millard; Niece: Kelsey & Trent Neemann – Lincoln; Great niece & nephew: Harper Neemann and Trenton Pfeiffer – Lincoln, also numerous family and friends. Terrilyn worked for Byron Reed & Company as a senior accountant. She was also a member of the V.F.W. Aux, Post # 2543, Friends of the Library and participated in the Relay for Life. She was fond of camping and traveling. Doing home projects and working outside in the flower beds, lilac and snowball bushes were some of her favorites. One of her greatest joys was decorating her home for Christmas. Her time was filled with crafting, reading, puzzling and games with the family with spoons being at the top of the list.
