Willa M. Barney

Willa M. Barney was born June 2, 1925 in Humphrey, NE to William and Margaret (Batliner) Bals and passed away March 16, 2017 in Plattsmouth, NE.  She married Carl Barney in Evergreen, CO in 1976 and enjoyed living a "3L" marriage - living, laughing and loving.  She was a member of Papillion Chapter # 114 OES.  They spent many winters as snowbirds in Arizona.Willa is survived by her husband Carl also of Plattsmouth, many family and friends.
