Wilma K Henderson

Wilma K. Henderson was born on February 27, 1931 in Glenn Oak, Oklahoma to William & Isadora “Helen” (Wimbish) Lewis. She passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at The Nebraska Masonic Home in Plattsmouth, Nebraska at the age of 82 years. Wilma graduated from Whiting High School in 1949 and worked in the secretarial field before marrying Roy L. Henderson on May 7, 1952 in Whiting. For many years, she taught piano students in her home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Council Bluffs, and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star #470 of Whiting, IA. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, camping, traveling and square dances. She is survived by her Husband, Roy Henderson of Plattsmouth, NE; Daughter: Dianne Krantz of LaVista, NE; Brother: William (Phyllis) Lewis of St. Joseph, MO; Sister: Jean (John) Biggs of Webb City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ruth Burton Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. at The Nebraska Masonic Home Chapel in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Rev.
